"Missing someone isn't about how long it has been since you've seen them or the amount of time since you've talked. It is about that very moment when you're doing something and wishing they were right there with you."
"Can you still hear me?"
You are constantly and greatly missed by all of us and especially so, during all our family gatherings and festive seasons.
Missing you and remembering you fondly today & everyday, Jennifer!

In loving memory of Ah Nay
Just when you thought, I wasn’t looking…
When you thought I wasn’t looking,
I saw how much time you spent in cooking for the family,
And I learned that little things can be special things in life.
When you thought I wasn’t looking,
I saw you make a meal and took it to a neighbor who was ill,
And I learned that we all have to help take care of each other.
When you thought I wasn’t looking,
I saw how you took care of the house and everyone in it,
And I learned we have to take care of what we are given.
When you thought I wasn’t looking,
I saw how you handled your responsibilities even when you didn’t feel well,
And I learned that I would have to be responsible when I grow up.
When you thought I wasn’t looking,
I sometimes saw tears in your eyes,
And I learned that sometimes things hurt and it’s alright to cry.
When you thought I wasn’t looking,
I saw the pain you quietly endured,
And I learned that I need to be patient and endure life’s challenges.
When you thought I wasn’t looking,
I saw the trouble you took to make sure that the kids are alright,
And I wanted to be everything that I could be.
When you thought I wasn’t looking,
I learned most of life’s lessons that I need to know…
to be a good and productive person when I grow up.
When you thought I wasn’t looking, I looked back at you today and wanted to say, “Thank you so much for all the things I saw in you, when you thought I wasn’t looking.”
